Project bags are my jam! As a maker and crafter I love having a beautiful place keep my works in progress (WIPs) or my unfinished objects (UFOs). I learned about the term UFOs from my Mom - she is a painter - and as a big fan of the X-files, I was hooked on it. I make project bags in a variety of sizes and styles. They are so useful for keeping my supplies organized and for taking projects on the go. Not only are they super functional, they are also pretty fabulous to look at too!

I sometimes make bags designed by other bag makers but have recently begun to design my own patterns. I currently have a free pattern available (scroll down), which will hopefully inspire you to make your own! Bags are often quick and satisfying makes that you can complete in an afternoon or over a weekend. Mixing and matching modern fabrics (and there are so many gorgeous options out there...) to make beautiful and useful pouches and bags has become such a passion of mine. I am drawn to bright saturated colours, patterns inspired by nature, and the texture of linen. All of my bags you'll see here I make myself. I hand pick all of my materials from other talented makers, fabric designers, and quilt shops.

Having a creative outlet has been so beneficial for me. It gives me time for myself, it has allowed me to develop new skills, and to connect with a really inspiring and supportive community of other sewists, stitchers and makers (I am a bag maker, quilter and cross stitcher). My hope is to encourage others to experience the benefits of having a creative hobby, to support other makers and small businesses, to try something new, and to be a part of an encouraging, accessible, and inclusive community.
